We record a detailed Quality Control (QC) video of your actual timepiece, showing its functionality and condition. This video is shared with you for review and approval prior to shipping—giving you full confidence in what you’ll receive.

Our Warranty Coverage

We offer a 12-month service warranty that covers:

Mechanical issues with the movement
Internal functional defects not caused by impact or misuse
Factory-related faults discovered after delivery

This warranty provides peace of mind that your timepiece will operate smoothly with regular use.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not apply to:

Damage caused by water or moisture (unless clearly stated as waterproof)
Accidental damage, drops, or misuse
Wear and tear from daily use (scratches, fading, strap aging)
Battery depletion for quartz models
Modifications, disassembly, or unauthorized repairs
